Between 16:00 and 19:00 we run a trimmed menu built for sharing:

• Rabowich – our signature mini oxtail sandwich with creamy cheese.
• La Vasca Hot Dog – a street-style favourite with a northern twist.
• Ensaladilla rusa – silky, classic, and dangerously moreish.

Follow your cravings with a Gilda, a couple of croquettes, or whatever catches your eye at the bar.
